We developed integrated iOS and Android mobile applications, featuring an exhaustive, filter-rich catalog with complete technical data for all fabrics. Managing commissions for a large, tiered sales channel—where payments are based on card transactions at thousands of merchant POS locations—was a heavily manual, error-prone, and non-transparent process. This inefficiency threatened agent retention and financial accuracy.

We developed two integrated custom software solutions: a core application for managing the full merchant/agent lifecycle and automating complex, tiered monthly commission calculations, and a complementary support system that provides full visibility for all stakeholders (agents, partners, and merchants) to track support tickets and resolutions.
