The business relied on Shopify to manage customer orders but lacked visibility into the internal production workflow. The team needed a centralized platform to synchronize orders, monitor each production stage in real time, and track the progress of every order from printing through shipping.
We developed a custom Laravel-based production management platform integrated with the Shopify Admin API to automatically synchronize products and orders from the client's Shopify store. The system provides a real-time operational dashboard where the production team can manage every stage of the manufacturing process, monitor print status, update workflow progress, track fulfillment, and oversee shipping from a single interface. By connecting e-commerce operations with the factory floor, the solution significantly improved production visibility, workflow efficiency, and order management.
