The platform relied on several manual processes that slowed down operations and affected scalability. New venue listings had to be organized manually, inquiry emails were forwarded by hand, venue onboarding involved multiple manual steps, and the website required a more modern, consistent design with improved listing pages, mobile responsiveness, and better SEO structure.
We designed a comprehensive improvement plan to automate key business workflows while enhancing the overall user experience. This included automating venue categorization by country, streamlining inquiry routing directly to venue owners, simplifying the venue onboarding process, redesigning the website with Elementor and WP Rentals, improving listing templates, fixing frontend issues, and creating a scalable foundation for future growth with a cleaner, more professional booking platform.
